Executive Committee (EC)

Karmojibi Nari (KN) has a two-tiered governance system as per the organizational policy. Policies are formulated through the participation and approval of the GC consisting of at least thirty-five (35) members and eleven (11) EC members. GC reserves the highest authority in regard to policy formulation and approval as per the organizational policy. Members of EC are elected for three years. Annual General Meetings (AGM) are conducted at least once a year. The Executive Director is entrusted with the responsibility of proper management and implementation of policies and action plan. She acts as the Executive Director of the organization and serves as the Secretary of the EC.
