Operating Daycare Centre and Women Cafés for Working Mother
In 2014, KN launched a Daycare Center to support the children of RMG workers, offering critical services that allow mothers to balance work and family responsibilities. The center provides comprehensive health care facilities for both the children and their mothers. A doctor visits the center monthly to conduct health check-ups. Additionally, KN extends legal aid support to workers, addressing workplace violence or family-related issues, further enhancing the well-being of these women and their families.
