GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The organization is headed by the Executive Director (ED)/ Additional Executive Director (AED). She leads organizational and programmatic strategic planning and operations including recourse mobilization and communication with the development partners. ED/AED is supported by the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Project Management Team (PMT) and coordination teams formed with focal and respective staff from projects, units, teams other components of the organization.
The Additional Executive Director of Karmojibi Nari (KN) is the second lead and responsible for operations of programs, contributing to planning and execution of strategic planning, effective communication and liaison with different entities and so on. Organization’s decision making process and execution follow an accountable and transparent system through Governing body, General body, SMT, PMT and Coordination Team.
The Program Support Units and Teams possess distinct capabilities and capacities that contribute to the efficient functioning of KN. These units include:

- Finance and Accounts Unit
- Safeguards Team
- Social Media Team
- Documentation Team
- ICT Integration Unit
