Karmojibi Nari (KN) has been operating Women Cafés since 2006, specifically serving workers in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) and leather industries. These cafés provide a safe space where workers can gather after their shifts to share experiences from both their workplaces and homes. The Women Cafés also serve as hubs for empowerment, offering workers training on labor laws through participatory learning methods, including interactive games. These cafés foster a sense of community, help workers understand their rights, and support them in navigating workplace challenges.
